The Rape of the Lock, Part 7

Publication Date: March 13, 2012

Chapter: English Literature During The Restoration And The Eighteenth Century

The Baron, cursing his fate, receives a much needed pick-me-up in the form of coffee. Because that's what all the cool kids drink when they go to an elegant early 18th century dinner party. The coffee energizes his mind and turns him into a hair cutting machine, which - if I understand correctly - is pretty much the same thing it does in early 21st century as well.
