Rime of the Ancient Mariner (Part 04)

Publication Date: September 17, 2013

Chapter: English Literature During The Romantic Period

I returned to the Ancient Mariner last night, because I didn't care to leave his story unresolved. We rejoin our mad mariner days after he took out his only friend, the albatross. His crew is starving and dehydrated, and their boat is sitting idle in the ocean without wind. It goes without saying, but seriously, the Ancient Mariner is a terrible captain.
